Desktop, a broadband internet provider and the largest fiber optic operator in the interior of São Paulo, was expanding quickly. With a growing number of operational employees, many in the field and without direct access to email, the internal communication team faced the challenge of reaching this audience in a fast, measurable, and personalized way.

Given the company’s rapid growth — with new units, shifts, and teams — it became clear that traditional tools like posters, email, and even WhatsApp groups were no longer sufficient.
